Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our Litigation team. The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of experience in litigation and be licensed to practice law in New Jersey. Candidate will litigate business, commercial, estate, personal injury and employment cases. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
